why do you race through my red lights;;

Tomorrow is school registration day. It's freshman orientation for my younger brother. He and my older brother also get first dibs on lockers cause Isaak's a senior and Beni's a freshman. Which leaves me, the lonely sophomore, to get my locker at the end of the day.

Well, not the end the end. I'm in the first half of the sophomore chunk, so I'm technically second to last. Woopdidoo. Excitement.

I'm probably gonna go early and claim my locker and stuff. Since it only takes three minutes to walk to school, I mean. I can just go home and wait til registration, or sit around and wait for my friends to show up.

As of tomorrow, there will only be a week left of summer. So I better check my checklist.

1. Figure out if it's true that the guy I like likes me back. No, it's not anyone I've ever named. I'm not gonna jinx it by nicknaming him and discussing his eyes and all that shit here. Although he does have some pretty, meltworthy eyes :)

2. Stay friends with Serafina, but don't entirely trust her because you remember what she did to you last time. - DONE

3. Make a few sets on polyvore. Now that is doable. I just lack inspiration and concentration. - DONE

4. Record that song I wrote and post a video of me playing it on youtube. Or teach the guitar part to Matt so that he can play it while I sing and record that.

5. Master the solo in Santeria by Sublime. I'm halfway done.

6. Practice singing and guitar every. Single. Freaking. Day.

7. Oh, and nail the audition on Monday. Singing, dancing, and a cold reading. I love cold readings, but the singing and dancing scares me. I'm too much of a guitarist, not a singer. - DONE

8. Take as many pictures as possible while on my trip to the east coast. - DONE

9. Say hey to Aly when I'm visiting Harvard! We're getting a private tour of Northeastern University, and then we're gonna check out Harvard. Shyeah.

10. Hang out with Sarina, Nicole, Ashley, Bethany, Hannah, and everyone as much as possible before summer's over and I'm a sophomore. And Beni shall be in school with me.

11. Book a gig for the band to play :) That is, when we're all good and ready and home.

12. Beg my dad to let me visit Dartmouth. Beg him. It's my chance to see my dream college.

13. Go to six flags. Seriously.

14. Find that Batman t-shirt. Find it good. - DONE

15. Oh, and a pair of yellow converse.

16. Exercise. Run. Go to the beach. Swim. Do something! SERIOUSLY. - DONE

Okay, that means I still have a ton to do. On the first day of school, I'll probably have another first day party thing and take a pic of what I wore. And man, do I look way different since my first day of freshman year. You guys won't notice, but everytime I look at those pics, it's just...weird.
